Full Journal pdf2005-03-17 House Journal Page 0653 HB 115 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 600) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 115(TRA) "An Act relating to charges paid or collected by users or occupants of an airport facility owned or controlled by the state; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 115(FIN) (same title) 2005-03-17 House Journal Page 0654 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 115(TRA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 115(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 115(TRA)?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 115(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
