Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 600) on the following:                                      
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 115(TRA)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to charges paid or collected by users or                                       
    occupants of an airport facility owned or controlled by the state;                              
    and providing for an effective date."

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 115(TRA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 115(FIN),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                          
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to CSHB 115(TRA)?"  The roll was taken with the
